Welcome to Kids Club at Oakley School
We are thrilled to introduce Oakley Grove Primary School’s brand-new wraparound care provision: Kids Club at Oakley School, delivered in partnership with Onside Coaching. This exciting new venture is designed to bring fantastic benefits to both our pupils and the wider Oakley Grove community.
Kids Club will run every school day, offering both before and after school care:
Breakfast Club: 7:45am – Start of school
After School Club: 3:15pm – 6.00pm
We aim to provide a safe, affordable, and high-quality experience where children can learn, play, and grow in a fun, engaging environment—giving parents complete peace of mind.
Activities
Fun, Safe & Engaging Activities
Kids Club offers a wide range of activities to spark every child’s interest—from STEM challenges and baking to outdoor adventures, arts, and child-led play. Plus, all extra-curricular clubs (like football, gymnastics, and Forest School) will now be run through Kids Club, creating a simple one-stop booking system for all after-school and holiday care.

Easy Booking & Guaranteed Places
Bookings will be made half-termly in advance, and we are proud to guarantee a place for every child at Oakley School. To help us plan staffing and sessions effectively, we kindly ask families to book early. You’ll receive a newsletter each half term with booking dates and details.
How do sessions work and what’s the cost?
As of September 2025 we will be using a simple pricing structure of £6.50 per session.
Breakfast Club (7:45am – school start)
After School Sessions:
Session 1 - 3:15pm – 4-30pm
Session 2 - 4.30pm - 6.00pm, includes a healthy snack
Ad Hoc Sessions:
If you require flexibility, ad hoc sessions will be available on a 7-day rolling basis, priced at and additional at £7.00 per session.
How do I book?
Sessions are booked half-termly in advance and are payable upfront. You’ll be notified each half term when booking opens. For ad hoc sessions, simply use our online booking platform to book up to a week in advance.
How does pick-up work?
Children will be dismissed from the school hall. If your child is attending a specific club (e.g., football), we ask that they stay for the full session.
