How to Use Kids Club

Opening Times

Kids Club is open Monday to Friday during term time.
Please note: We are closed on inset days.

Sessions & Fees

We offer the following sessions:

Breakfast Club: 7:45 am – start of school

£6.50 contracted / £7.00 ad hoc

After-School Session 1: 3:15 pm – 4:30 pm

£6.50 contracted / £7.00 ad hoc

After-School Session 2: 4:30 pm – 5:45 pm

£6.60 contracted / £7.00 ad hoc

Payments & Bookings

All bookings and payments must be made online at: oakley.onsidelive.co.uk

Accepted payment methods include debit/credit card, childcare vouchers, and tax-free childcare.

If using childcare vouchers, your account will be credited once your provider notifies us.

For tax-free childcare payments, please email a screenshot of the confirmed transfer to [email protected].

Cancellations

If your child will not attend a booked session, please email us by 3:00 pm on the day.

Missed sessions are non-refundable.

To cancel your child’s place at the club entirely, we require one month’s written notice.

Property & Personal Belongings

While we take every reasonable precaution, Kids Club cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal items.

Signing In & Out

Children will be signed in and out of sessions by a designated staff member to ensure their safety.

Late Collection Policy

We understand that delays can sometimes happen. If you expect to be late, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make appropriate arrangements.

If late collection becomes a frequent issue, we will speak with you to explore solutions that work for everyone.
